    Show us your talent! No matter what age you are, we want to see your creativity. Stop by the library and pick up a canvas (while supplies last) before November 13th; paint on it, draw on it, make a collage on it, etc. Then return it by November 20th and we will display it in time for the community to see at the Community Tree Lighting event on November 30th.

  2. Teen Tiny Art Show

    TEENS! Explore your creativity by making Tiny Art to share with the community! In conjunction with out Community Canvas, stop by the library and pick up a tiny canvas (while supplies last); paint on it, draw on it, make a collage on it, etc. Then return it by November 20th and we will display it in time for the community to see at the Community Tree Lighting event on November 30th.

  3. Exhibit: Reading and Writing With Ann Frank

    The Reading and Writing With Ann Frank exhibit from The Anne Frank Center for Mutual Respect will be on display upstairs behind the information desk through November 30. This large exhibit is bright and colorful and it celebrates Anne the girl and the writer, rather than her fate.

  6. Local History Room Staffed Hours

    The Local History Room is staffed by members of the Jenison Historical Association and can be accessed on Wednesday from 11AM-1PM. Volunteers can help you with local history and genealogical research. The room can be accessed by using the stairs to the lower level (past the vending machines) or the elevator in the Township Office.

    Are you a teen writer? Join us for a NaNoWriMo (National Novel Writing Month) Write-In! You don't have to be working on an official NaNoWriMo project, you can write anything you want! Fanfiction, short stories, poetry, novels, whatever you're inspired to work on that day! We'll have some prompts for inspiration if you need them, or you can work on a project you've already started. Bring your laptop/notebook, or we will have paper and pens too. There will be snacks as well! Registration required.
