Fire Truck Repair - Emergency Purchase
Motion: To approve the repair of Engine 823 at a cost of $35,409.81 by Kleyn Mobile Repair as an emergency purchase in accordance with Board Policy TB 2005-06.

Sidewalk Waiver Request for 4th Ave.
Motion: To approve the request to waive the sidewalk requirement on 4th ave. only, on a temporary basis subject to the understanding that the Township Board may require the installation of sidewalk adjacent to 4th ave. at a future date at the property owner's expense, and to require the installation of sidewalks adjacent to Ridgeside Ct. as stipulated by the applicant, as recommended by the Utilities committee.

Door Lock Controls
Motion: To install door lock security upgrades at Georgetown Fire Station #1 and Georgetown Connections (Senior Center) with GVA for $12,752 as recommended by the Utilities Committee.

Traffic Study Request
Motion: To request a Traffic Study by the Michigan State Police on Rosewood, between Camrose and 36th ave, as recommended by the Utilities Committee.

Motion: To approve the design, engineering, and bidding for a new Department of Public Works building to not exceed 3.9 million, and to engage Lakewood Construction at a contract price to include $144,100 for professional services, as recommended by the Utilities Committee.
