Sidewalk Waiver Request for 4th Ave.
Motion: To recommend to the board to approve the request to waive the sidewalk requirement on 4th Ave. only, on a temporary basis subject to the understanding that the Township Board may require the installation of sidewalk adjacent to 4th Ave. at a future date at the property
owner’s expense, and to require the installation of sidewalks adjacent to Ridgeside Ct., as stipulated by
the applicant, as recommended by the Utilities Committee.

Door Lock Controls
Motion: To recommend to the township board for the door lock security upgrades at Georgetown Fire Station #1 and Georgetown Connections (Senior Center) with GVA for $12,752.

Lakewood Construction- DPW Building
Motion: To recommend to the board to approve with design, engineering, and bidding for a new Department of Public Works building to not to exceed 3.9 million, and to engage Lakewood Construction at a contract price to include $144,100 for professional services.
