Motion: To recommend to the Township Board to approve the Amended and Restated Sewage Disposal Agreement as presented and to authorize the Township Supervisor and Clerk to sign the agreement.

Motion: To recommend that the Township Board approve adding a crossing light at the corner of Rosewood and 23rd Ave.

Motion: To recommend to the Township Board to approve the contract with Schindler Elevator for $22,235.00

Motion: To recommend to the township board to approve the increase of the water rates to $3.15 per thousand gallons and the ready to serve rate raised to $13.70, and an increase of the sewer rates to $5.00 per thousand gallons and the ready to serve rate raised to $13.50, all beginning on January 1, 2024.
